There are four different modes of submission for ZenGengo assignments:
- completely anonymous submissions
- requiring students to select their name from a pre-defined list of submitters
- requiring students to login with Google or Microsoft
- requiring students to input their details on submission
This article explains how to require students to input their details on submission.
Submission settings are defined on a folder level, so you will first need to navigate to the folder that contains the assignments or lessons to which you wish to apply these settings. Within this folder, click on the "Submission settings" button:
Next, ensure that the "Collect student details on submission" option is checked:
You can also select which details you wish the students to provide when they submit the assignments and lessons in this folder. Note that you should check the email option here if you later want to send feedback to students via email:
Finally, click the "Save" button to apply your settings.
Remember that these settings will apply to every assignment and lesson within the selected folder.
