Choose the right account and resolve a blank sign-in window.
Students
- Open the student sign-in page. New students should choose Sign up here first.
- Use the Google or Microsoft account you registered with. For a school course, use the account your teacher expects.
- After signing in, choose Join a Course and enter the Join Code provided by your teacher.
If the sign-in window is blank
Open ZenGengo directly in your browser rather than inside LINE, an email app, or another app. Allow JavaScript, site cookies, and the sign-in pop-up. Try again in a normal browser window, and temporarily pause extensions that may block the sign-in process.
Existing students can select Having trouble logging in? Get a one-time login link on the student sign-in page. Enter the email registered to your ZenGengo account and check your inbox and spam folder. Keep the link private.
Teachers
Use the teacher sign-in page. To test a course as a student, use a separate Google or Microsoft account.
If the problem continues, contact support with the affected email address, device, browser, approximate time, and error message.
